Why are we doing this?
Growth Forge is building its first portfolio of Growth Systems case studies in Niagara.
Rather than creating demo projects or making theoretical claims, we want to work with five real businesses and document what happens when a meaningful business problem is solved properly.
In exchange for our professional work, selected businesses agree to participate actively in the project and allow the results to be documented as a case study.
What each selected business receives.
Growth Assessment
We review where customers come from, how leads are captured, follow-up, the customer journey, operational bottlenecks, current systems, and retention opportunities.
Opportunity Map
We identify the highest-impact problems — then agree on one to solve properly.
One Growth System Implementation
A lead-capture system, a follow-up system, a booking system, a reactivation campaign, an operations automation, or a rebuilt digital foundation — whichever fits your actual bottleneck.
Measurement Setup
Where practical, we establish baseline metrics and track the result.
Review Session
We review what changed together and determine the next opportunities.
The website is one possible deliverable — not the default. The solution depends on your actual bottleneck.

Our professional implementation work for the agreed pilot scope is free. You remain responsible only for any third-party costs the chosen solution actually requires. We explain these before implementation — they're not hidden, and only the ones that apply to your solution will.
